"When will I receive my order?"

Expected delivery within Canada is anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to ship, depending on your location, and how busy our services are. For low quantity orders, shipping times will vary depending on your address.

"When will my order be processed?"

All orders are processed between Monday and Friday. Orders will typically be processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow time for your order to be processed during the holidays and the sale season.

"Do shipping prices vary?"

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees differ by speed, package weight, location, and carrier. Standard Shipping is available to the US, Canada, and Australia. Please be aware that all shipping outside of Canada may be subject to customs fee(s) at the receivers expense.

"Does your shipping include tracking?"

Updates will be provided once our systems receive confirmation that your order has been shipped. If you did not receive an email including your tracking info, please be sure to contact us at info@authentic8collective.ca for any updates.

"Do you have worldwide shipping?"

We ship to any address in Canada and the United States, serviced by UPS or FedEx. We are currently unable to ship internationally to any other countries. Please be aware that all shipping outside of Canada may be subject to customs fee(s) at the receivers expense.

"What if my address has a PO Box?"

We are currently unable to process orders if the shipping address has a PO box number. If the shipping address contains a PO box number, you will receive an email stating that your order is on hold. You will then need to update the shipping address for us to process the order.

"What if I don't receive my order?"

If you did not receive your order within 60 days, be sure to contact us at info@authentic8collective.ca. To resolve any issues, we offer replacement options for missing apparel on our behalf.

"What payment methods do you accept?"

We accept all major debit and credit cards such as VISA, Mastercard and AMEX. In addition, PayPal and Shop payments, as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.
