Refund policy
All sales are final. No returns, or refunds can be made once the order confirmation has been sent.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your apparel is defective, misprinted or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. We will notify you once we’ve inspected the item, and let you know if the request was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be sent a replacement within 7-14 business days (see info below).
The Exchange Process
To be eligible for an exchange, your apparel must be defective, misprinted upon arrival or not the right item. We offer you a replacement, or a different item of equal value. Follow these instructions for guidance on how to start the exchange process...
- Contact us via Email, our contact page or @authentic8collective on Instagram.
- Let us know that we've made a mistake in our processing. Tell us about any defects, along with photos containing the packing and apparel in its original condition that it was received. We will also need the order number and receipt as proof of purchase.
- Our team will take further action once your request has been approved.
