Custom Order Submissions

Have you ever wanted something that nobody else has? Customize your apparel, and make it truly "Authentic!"

*Please ensure these steps are followed to avoid confusion or delay. Articles including front and backside printing will be priced slightly higher than single-design items.*

Submitting via Email or Instagram

Step 1: Select your method of choice:

(Option A: Instagram) Follow the account @authentic8collective. Direct message us and say that you would like to submit a custom order. In the same message, please provide the necessary information:

(Option B: Email) Select the "Contact" section in the navigation menu. Fill in your name, Email and phone number. In the "Comment" box, please provide the necessary information:

Step 2: Necessary information should include...

i. Shipping info: (Ex. Jonathan Doe, example@example.com, (888) 888-8888, 123 Backstreet, Halifax, Nova Scotia, A3B 2K)

    • First & Last Name
    • Email OR Phone Number
    • Civic Address & Postal Code

ii. Custom Apparel: (ie. 1 large [insert colour] hoodie with [insert colour] signature on the front upper left, and [insert colour] tree centered on the back).

    • Bags & Accessories
      • Signature Caps (One size fits all)
      • Tote Bags (One colour only)
    • Garments
      • Hoodies, crewnecks, t-shirts, & long-sleeves
      • Unisex Sizing (S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL)
  • Design & Colour Options: (Specify which design(s) & colour(s) you want)
    • Placement Options (Front, Back, or Both). Please specify upper left, upper right, centered, etc...

Step 3: It may take up to 48 hours for a response containing the photo mockup with an estimated price (tax & shipping included). Shipping information and measurements will be provided in the description. *If you have not received a response within 48 hours, please resubmit your inquiry*

(Optional) If you wish to cancel your order, this must be done before the payment. Conversations are deleted to ensure that personal information is not recoverable.

(Optional) If you wish to request any changes, specify exactly what you want recoloured, removed and or repositioned. You will be sent a new mockup within 24-48 hours.

Step 4: Payments outside of our online checkout are to be made via e-transfer OR PayPal. If you wish to proceed with the purchase, there will be a contact listed below the price for an auto deposit.

Step 5: Once the payment is received, you will receive an email confirming your order. Refunds or exchanges are not accepted beyond this point (for more information on shipping and returns, click here).

"How can I get an item that’s sold out?"

An item is only listed as "sold out" if our manufacturer does not have any of the original textiles lefts. With that being said, we will resort to another garment and doing so may slightly alter the price. Lucky for you, submitting a request is the same process as submitting an order via Instagram (DM) or Email. Instead of designing custom apparel, simply mention how the item you wish to purchase is sold out. *If you have not received a response within 48 hours, please resubmit your inquiry*
